By texting HELLO to the Service number, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Description of service

TEE Talk is an experimental, invite-only SMS chatbot that uses artificial intelligence to generate conversational responses. It is a personal project and is provided as-is.

Not professional advice

The Service is not therapy, counseling, or any form of professional mental health service. AI responses are generated by a language model and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Do not rely on the Service for medical, legal, financial, or crisis support. If you are in crisis, contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988).

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to send illegal, harmful, threatening, or abusive content. The operator reserves the right to block any number from the Service at any time.

SMS rates

Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. Message frequency varies based on your usage — you only receive messages in response to texts you send.

Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The operator is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to inaccurate AI responses, service interruptions, or data exposure inherent to SMS.

Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
