Overview

TEE Talk ("the Service") is a personal, invite-only SMS chatbot operated by I Wang. This policy explains what data the Service collects, how it is used, and your rights.

What we collect

When you text the Service, we receive your phone number and the content of your messages. Messages are sent to a large language model (LLM) to generate responses. We do not store conversation history beyond what is needed to process your current message.

How we use your data

Your phone number is used solely to send and receive SMS messages through this Service. Message content is used only to generate AI responses. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising, marketing, or any purpose beyond operating the Service.

Third-party services

The Service uses Twilio for SMS delivery and an LLM API for generating responses. These providers process your messages in transit. Please refer to Twilio's Privacy Policy for details on their data handling practices.

SMS is not encrypted

Standard SMS messages are not end-to-end encrypted. Your carrier and network intermediaries may be able to access message contents. Do not share information via SMS that you would not want exposed in a data breach.

Data retention

We do not maintain persistent conversation logs. Twilio retains message logs according to their standard retention policies. You may request deletion of your data by texting HELP for support contact information.

Opting out

Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from all messages. Your phone number will be removed from the Service. You may re-subscribe at any time by texting HELLO.

Changes

This policy may be updated occasionally. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
